About the 2023 National Convention
ATTEND IN PERSON:
This year, we are happy to announce that our annual National Convention will take place in Quebec City, QC., at the Hôtel Universel Québec under the theme “All in the service of The Lord” (2 Timothy 2.15). Lodging is available, please refer to our flyer for details.
If needed, transportation will be provided between the airport and the hotel. Please let us know your flight number, time and day of arrival at: [email protected].
You will receive a purchase confirmation by email – Make sure you specify your most used email address when purchasing your ticket.
ATTEND ONLINE ONLY:
We hope you are making every effort to attend in person. However if you cannot attend in person, the Convention will also be available in live video streaming broadcasted directly here on IAOGI website. Please buy a ticket to attend online only. You will receive a purchase confirmation by email – Make sure you specify your most used email address when purchasing your ticket. 48 HOURS BEFORE the convention, you will receive another email with a link to view the meetings.

How to Attend Online
Please make every effort to attend in person, but if you cannot, here are the details to attend online:
1. Get Registered

TROUBLESHOOTING:
If you cannot click on the button Get Tickets:
In the ticket box below, make sure you enter at least a quantity of 1 by pressing on the + icon, just right of the 0.
If you get this error message: “There are 0 other tickets in your cart that do not require attendee information”
In the ticket box below, remove all tickets and add them a second time, then click on the “Get Tickets” button. A small window will open and you will be able to enter your requierd registration informations.
If you are experiencing any problem with your registration on the website:
You can pay for your convention registration by sending an e-Transfer (ONLY as last resort if you are having trouble using the website to do so).
Please follow these 2 steps:
1) Send an e-Transfer to [email protected] of the total amount for your tickets. If your bank system requests you enter a Security Question, please put the question: annual convention and as the answer: convention (all in lowercase).
2) Send an email to [email protected] with the full name, most used email address and phone number for each person.
